The apartment was spacious and the beds were very comfortable. The kitchen was well equipped with all utensils, and having a washing machine was a bonus, especially with kids. The living area was also very comfortable. The hotel facilities were great and the location in Santa Cruz apts in the California Beach end of the Resort was beautiful. The hotel also had a nice terrace at The Safari restaurant, which had a beautifully landscaped outside area with a calm atmosphere. The staff were friendly and helpful.

The location of this hotel was fantastic, as it was close to the beach and within walking distance to the town. We could easily explore the area on foot or take public transportation or taxis, as there were always taxis available. The hotel staff was incredibly helpful and friendly. The complex had a variety of amenities such as restaurants, pools, and training facilities. Cleanliness was top-notch, with well-maintained rooms and clean towels provided.

Almost perfect. The only downside was the noise level in the evenings, with some loud and drunk guests on the balconies nearby.

The apartment was well equipped and comfortable. The balcony was a great spot to sunbathe with shelter from the wind. The staff, especially the night receptionist, were pleasant and accommodating. Having my own car made it convenient to explore the spacious resort and nearby areas.

The cleanliness of the hotel was impressive. The staff were friendly and helpful. The location was perfect, close to everything we needed. The breakfast buffet had a great variety of options.
